I offer non-judgemental face to face and online confidential and affordable counselling, to young people and adults. I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT is a talking therapy that helps you make the changes you want to, to improve your life. Cost of sessions is dependent on your ability to pay.
Some of the difficulties I can help with include: insomnia, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, self-harm, low mood, low self-esteem, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic disorder, panic attacks, disordered eating, anger, stress & anxiety, pain, low confidence, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, relationship issues, domestic violence and inappropriate sexual thoughts and behaviour.
Reduced rate sessions are available, the cost is negotiable and dependent on ability to pay. Free sessions are available to self-referring young people between the ages of 16-18.
